Missing Spatiotemporal Data

Each point of the graph below represents a country. For modelling purposes, the countries of interest are those wherein (a) the sample size is appropriate for the acceptable maximum prediction error, and (b) there is no missing data, or missing data points are missing completely at random.




Missing Infections Measurements

Again, each point represents a country. Initially, the preferred countries - starting from bottom right - are Nigeria, Togo, Liberia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. However, missing data pattern analysis may change the preference list.
